I Light Singapore 2024 Illuminates A Decade With Eco-Friendly Art And Expanded Experiences

Singapore’s dazzling light festival, i Light Singapore (iLSG), is back for its 10th edition, shining brighter than ever from 31 May to 23 June 2024.

This year’s festival promises an “eco-tastic” extravaganza, showcasing sustainable art installations and experiences across Marina Bay, and for the first time, venturing into the precincts of South Beach, Millenia Walk, and Tanjong Pagar.

iLSG 2024 embraces the theme “Cyclical Nature,” symbolized by the color green. This theme reflects a growing focus on environmental consciousness. The festival will feature 17 artworks by 25 talented artists, each exploring the concept of sustainability through creative use of light, recycled materials, and innovative design.

This milestone edition sees iLSG venturing beyond its usual stomping ground. While the stunning Marina Bay waterfront will still be a central stage, festival-goers can now explore light art installations in South Beach, Millenia Walk, and even Tanjong Pagar for the first time. This expansion allows for a wider variety of artworks and a more immersive festival experience.
