Want to view the fireworks for free? Head on over to the lawn outside Victoria Concert Hall for up-close views of the fireworks once the clock hits 12 on New Year’s Eve. We also suggest hanging out at the nearby Timbre at the Art’s House for a tipple or two before heading over to grab a spot at sit down before the fireworks display starts.
