9 Pet Cafes In Asia You Should Totally Check Out

It's a whole new petting world out there filled with exotic animals!

Animal cafes are popping up all over, and it's not just a trend on our little red dot. All over the world, city dwellers who can't afford to own a pet for various reasons (lack of space, economic concerns...) are finding it easier to head to the nearest pet cafe and sayang their favourite animal. All the cuddly cuteness and love, without the responsibility and stress of having to care for a living creature.

We round up some of the best (and increasingly peculiar) pet cafes around Asia so you can pet to your heart's content the next time you find yourself in these cities.

5. Harry Hedgehog Cafe & Pet Store

Hedgehogs may not seem like the friendliest animal around because of its prickly appearances, but make a trip down to Harry’s and you’ll see for yourself how the over 20 different hedgehog breeds have a cute side of their own. Admission comes with one free drink which you’ll have to redeem from vending machines. Apart from holding the hedgehogs in your hand and marveling at how they actually feel, you can also choose to buy some meal worms to feed them.
