You know what they say:  The city truly comes alive after dark!

So witness it for yourself at the 11th edition of Singapore Night Festival, happening from 17 to 25 August at the Bras Basah-Bugis precinct.

It goes without saying that lights are the heart of the Night Festival. But this year, visitors can not only snap some Insta-worthy shots with 16 light installations, but also interact with many of them. Besides the visual treats, the revelry continues with 27 live performances from a diverse array of arts disciplines. Local artists take the spotlight for this boost in creativity, making the festival a great way to celebrate local arts and culture.

3. Orbit

Gear up for an illuminating journey in the solar system! LiteWerkz, made up of students from SUTD, continues their success from past festivals by teaming up with 3M to create an immersive installation sure to delight all those who dream of the stars, outer space and beyond. Light beams representing the Sun and other surrounding planets will be spread around Dhoby Ghaut Green, where you can walk around and view the structures from various angles. Be creative in your own orbit, because each angle of sight will create a totally unique light and reflective pattern! The selfies you could take are endless!
