Back for its second year, the Light to Night Festival looks set to illuminate the Civic District with a dazzling array of colours and lights. Themed “Colour Sensations”, the arts festival will transform iconic cultural institutions and parks into a creative canvas with spectacular works of art, as well as play host to more than 30 visual, dance, music, and literary art programmes.

1. Art Skins on Monuments
The biggest facade light show in Singapore to span four cultural institutions, Art Skins on Monuments will feature a total of 30 design images created by 30 Singapore and Singapore-based artists, illustrators, and multimedia designers. The four institutions are the National Gallery, The Arts House, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, and the Asian Civilisations Museum.
