3. Black Pearl Steakhouse Opens Its Second Outlet at Holland Village
The new outlet will continue to be helmed by Chef-owner Jonathan Tan, who now has 37 years of culinary experience under his belt.
The steakhouse features prime beef cuts air-flown from Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and America with different marbling scores (MBS) and price points. This will include the much revered USDA cuts such as the grain-fed Black Angus Ribeye and Striploin options.
As the “Black Pearl of the East” travels to the West, the restaurant will be offering spanking new east-meets-west creations. Incorporating Eastern flavours into Western dishes, savour the hearty Wagyu Beef Egg Fried Rice with Egg or the fiery Tom Yam Chicken Leg. To add on to Black Pearl’s latest culinary innovations, the mouth-watering Salmon Burger and traditional French Duck Rillette Sandwich with Cold Cuts are not to be missed!
