4. Burger & Lobster’s 10th Anniversary Beer
To celebrate ten extraordinary years of serving the freshest Atlantic lobsters and juicy Nebraskan beef, Burger & Lobster. Burger & Lobster has teamed up with Singapore-based brewery label, Off Day Beer Company, to launch a specially curated 10th Anniversary Beer.
The limited-edition Lobster Saison (S$17++) is made from steeping lobster shells with barley malt, wheat, hops, yeast, lemon zest, tarragon and black pepper. For a brew with exceptional depth of flavour, unique minerality and sweetness that lobster fans are sure to lap up. With controlled alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 5.2%, this beverage is not overpowering and thoughtfully crafted for a fully rounded drinking experience.
