From 18 to 26 August, gear up for a multitude of light installations, live performances and a flurry of exciting activities as the Singapore Night Festival (SNF) makes a return for its 10th edition this year. Set to invigorate the entire Bras Basah Bugis precinct, the massive celebration beckons every kind of night reveler, including families with little ones, to immerse themselves into the vibrant festivities of art, culture, music and more!
From mesmerising visual spectaculars to roving musical acts, the night attractions are aplenty. Here are just 10 highlights you should not miss out at this year's festival:
7. Les Hommes Debout (The Standing Men)
Thee illuminated humanoids of The Standing Men beckon those strolling by to initiate dialogues with them. Colours change and the statues come to life in an unpredictable way, transforming the installation into a ballet of light. The installation will feature voices of Bras Basah Bugis inhabitants that were recorded in August 2017.
