5. Subway SingaporeIn celebration of the Hari Raya Season, Subway Singapore brings its latest local-flavoured cookie to the table with the all-new Bandung cookie. Expect a chewy burst of rose syrup sweetness, similar to everyone’s favourite drink, consisting of condensed milk and rose syrup.
While often served bone-in, Subway’s Chicken Tandoori sub features tender chicken strips glazed in aromatic seasoning. Tandoori Chicken hailed from Punjab, India and was popularised in the 1940s. Marinated in yoghurt and a spice blend that includes cayenne pepper, red chilli powder, garlic, ginger, onion and garam masala, the mouth-watering dish gets its name from the cylindrical clay oven it is cooked in.
The Chicken Tandoori sub and Bandung cookie will be available at participating Subway Singapore restaurants and across delivery platforms GrabFood, FoodPanda and Deliveroo
