Thirty Six Brewlab & Smoke house has come up with a 3-course set menu at S$68++ per person, available only on 7th and 8th May 2022 for both lunch and dinner.
Seafood lovers will enjoy the Home Cured Salmon, made with Norwegian salmon that is cured in-house and served with corn salad, housemade yuzu puree and dressing, and charred tomatoes. Another exciting option is the Tuna Tartare, made with tuna marinated with lime juice and served with some toasted sourdoughs.
For mains, the menu offers items such as Chilean Seabass and Grass-fed New Zealand Ribeye (230g). Vegetarians will enjoy the Mushroom Risotto, made with fresh burrata, parmesan cheese and smoked asparagus. End the meal with specially crafted desserts like the 36 Beer Crème Brulee, made with a custard infused with Lion Brewery Co’s Straits Pale Ale.
