17. Artemis Grill & Sky Bar
Artemis Grill & Sky Bar presents an indulgent four-course menu (S$178++ per person) specially crafted by Executive Chef Oliver Hyde for romantic diners on Valentine’s Day. Available for two days only, on 13 and 14 February 2024, guests can enchant their loved ones while enjoying the stunning views of Marina Bay.
The starters feature a choice of Brittany Rock Oyster with ‘Bloody Mary’ Spicy Tomato Granita, Burratina with Grilled Artichoke, Hokkaido King Crab with Caviar, or Pork & Quail Terrine with Pickled Cherry. The second course introduces options like Slow Cooked Pork Cheek with Grilled Zucchini and Bacon-wrapped Date, Fremantle Octopus on a Bed of Tomato & Eggplant Relish and Stracciatella, Cured Ocean Trout, or the vegetarian dish White Asparagus with Black Winter Truffle. For the main course, indulge in dishes such as Iberico Pork Loin with Caramelized Squash Puree and Crushed Brussel Sprouts, Mediterranean Seabass with Chorizo & White Bean Cassoulet, and Angus Tenderloin with Smoked Potato Purée and Morrel Mushrooms. Vegetarian options are available.
Complete the dining experience with a sweet finish by choosing from the Dark Chocolate Torte with 70% Guanaja, the new Rum Baba, or Pain Perdu ‘French Toast.’ The dinner concludes with complimentary Chocolate Pralines by Laurent Bernard.
