Encased in clay and baked to retain the moisture and flavour of the ingredients, the Blazing Pig Trotter Rice Dumpling is packed with juicy pig trotter in fermented beancurd, abalone, Conpoy, Japanese flower mushroom and crunchy chestnut, offering varying textures and tastes. Diners will also be treated to a memorable dining experience as chef breaks the “clay rock” open, revealing the mouth-watering rice dumpling and wafts of ambrosial aroma.
