Available as three-course lunch or four-course dinner menus, the culinary experience features the likes of seared hokkaido scallops, roasted black angus hanger steak and white chocolate gateaux, enhanced by complimentary Johnnie Walker Blue Label Father’s Day signature cocktails such as the Blue Mizuwari, a refreshing highball consisting JW Blue Label and green tea reduction, and the complex Blue Fashioned of JW Blue Label, elderflower liqueur, chrysanthemum syrup and fresh lemon juice.
