Try the ever-Japanese-flavoured Bak Kwa infused with Arima Sansho or Yuzu caramelisation. Festive roasts present itself with the Yuzu Prosperity Duck that glazes a whole roast duck with yuzu essence, stuffed with Japanese pork sausage, lean pork, ham, yam, dried mushrooms, dried shrimps, dried scallops, ginkgo nuts, lotus seeds, red dates, chestnuts, barley and glutinous rice.
