– Pineapple Tarte: A fusion twist on a popular Chinese New Year goodie, the treat features an indulgent lemon myrtle-infused cheesecake custard, complemented with pina colada cream.
Adding a refreshing touch with tangy-sweet homemade pineapple jam and ginger lace biscuit, the crowd-pleaser promises to elevate the pineapple tart experience.
