A menu highlight that we loved is the Salmon “Yu Sheng” ($78.00/4-6 persons) featuring greens, radish, carrot, and red cabbage, topped with a unique blended sauce of citron tea jam, home-made bean sauce and corn oil, with generous slices of fresh salmon sashimi.
