COOP, The Dandy Collection is the NEW Japanese takeout! COOP serves up delicious Bowls, Sando-Burgers, and Ramen from the folks behind modern urban izakaya, Neon Pigeon. Exciting yet simple, the menu offers variety, convenience, and value-for-money through dishes that showcase modern Japanese flavours and quality but are as fuss-free as possible.
COOP offers options like the classic Pork Katsu (S$16) with tonkatsu sauce and romaine lettuce, New Zealand Cod Katsu (S$16) with wasabi aioli and tamari onions, Tofu Katsu (S$14) with an addictive agedashi sauce and wild mushrooms, and the ‘KFC’ – Korean Fried Chicken (S$16) slathered with gochujang, and carrot and cucumber pickles. Prized for their soft, squishy texture, potato buns meld with the fillings to serve up heavenly sando burgers. A Yakiniku Beef Sandwich (S$19) is the star of the show: yakiniku beef slices and caramelised onions glazed with tamari and dashi, are layered with cheddar, soy butter mushrooms, and crispy shallots, sending diners to delicious beefy paradise.
Rice, ramen and salad bowls are also available at COOP.
