12. The Halia
Enjoy a celebratory National Day meal within the lush setting of the Botanic Gardens at The Halia, with Chef Ciaran’s specially-curated menu that acknowledges our colonial heritage while offering up well-loved local dishes.
Savour dishes such as the Chilli Crab Cottage Pie ($24++); and Fish and Chips ($28++) topped with a curried pea purée, served with seaweed fries and ginger flower sambal aioli. Dig into the refreshing Tropical Trifle ($10++) for dessert, a sweet treat made with coconut custard, guava jelly and cardamom chantilly.
