Antoinette Queen’s Kaya Toast

Most of us have grown up eating kaya toast, but Antoinette’s new Queen’s Kaya Toast takes our humble breakfast food to a new level.

The ‘toast’ is a house-made baguette with a layer of kaya made with coconut cream and pure pandan juice. It is then topped with Echire, an artisanal butter known for its rich flavour and sprinkled with fleur de sel salt. It truly seems fit for royalty.
