The Queen of Desserts will be venturing into creative dim sum
By Samantha Francis
Fans of Janice Wong’s imaginative desserts will be pleased to know that her full-fledge restaurant at the National Museum of Singapore will open on 17 Aug.
As a trailblazer in the culinary scene, she is known for blurring the boundaries between sweet and savoury, as well as crafting the edible into pitch-perfect works of art.
