Like a cross between a sushi and a vegetable burrito, each one is meant to be devoured in a mouthful. Expect local variations like The Hainanese, which unsurprisingly comes with poached chicken and chicken-broth flavoured rice.
Healthier options include the vegetarian Carrot Kick, that’s loaded with tofu, peanut butter, carrot and crunchy peanuts.
