Out of the eight concepts, four are new establishments added to the street. These include Yakiniku-GO, Gokoku Japanese Bakery, RAMEN KIOU, and making its debut in Singapore is Japanese-style hotpot restaurant Shabu-GO!
4. RAMEN KIOU
This famous Osaka ramen brand now has over 20 stores in Japan, serving time-honoured ramen since 1995. It is known for its original ‘Taste of KIOU’. It is a harmony of 3 elements (Broth, Chashu, Noodles) in an honest bowl of goodness.
The NEX outlet marks its 3rd in Singapore and its 1st full-service restaurant here, offering a more comprehensive menu selection. Must-tries include the signature Torotama KIOU Ramen (S$14.50), Roasted Beef Tomato Ramen (S$17.90) and Spicy Mentai Abura Soba (S$12.90).
