The Balzac Mother’s Day Brunch Menu ($88++) commences with an amuse bouche of a Foie Gras Custard with Pumpkin Emulsion and Crispy Farmer’s Bread. It comes with free flow of oysters, smoked salmon and pan fried foie gras.

There are three main courses to choose from: the Braised Spanish Pork with Sautéed Potato and Natural Jus; the Beef Cheeks A La Cuillere – braised over 48 hours, and served with Bordelaise Sauce and Mashed Potato ‘Grand Mere’; and the Pan-seared Cod Fish with Sautéed Spinach and Roasted Tomato. Available May 11, 11am to 3pm.

The highlight of this Mother’s Day is Colours of Love, available at Taste Paradise and Paradise Pavilion.

Colours of Love is a kaleidoscope of colours and delightful ingredients such as roast duck, jellyfish, crispy fish skin along with rock melon and mango as well as assorted vegetables topped with a tangy sauce.

Taste Paradise offers dine-in set menus starting from $128++ per person to $1,688++ for ten persons, and they include dishes such as Sautéed Scallop with Cordycep’s Flower in XO Sauce and Wok-fried Ramen with Baked Boston Lobster.

This outlet has a more convivial setting than sister restaurant Wooloomooloo Steakhouse.

Enjoy the grilled platter which comprises grilled tender Australian lamb chops, juicy New Zealand grass-fed sirloin, crispy calamari, Norwegian salmon, prawns and which can be shared among three to four people.
