Hyde & Co. celebrates Singapore’s long history as a flourishing trading port for teas and other exquisite products. It draws inspiration from its past – the old world British charm and its present – a thriving and exciting metropolis.

A cozy contemporary English-themed cafe located in the heart of the vibrant Kampung Glam precinct, Hydy & Co’s offerings are English inspired with a touch of local – made lovingly with passion and heart. With an extensive tea menu and artisanal gourmet coffee, fresh artisan pastries and cakes daily, and a menu chock-full of goodness – all that’s left to do is to indulge and enjoy, really.

A certified Venenciador, Daiki-San Kanetaka, owner and head bartender of D.Bespoke, demonstrates the art of pouring sherry with flair and showmanship. Put on the pin-stripe and imbibe on the style and ambience of a Ginza-styled bar experience in Singapore

Located along Bukit Pasoh Road, is the entrance to D.Bespoke. The façade is featureless and understated. So much so, that I walked past it thrice, before I noticed a small plaque with the letters “DB” delicately engraved upon it. Clearly, D.Bespoke intends to receive clients with an eye for details.

The restaurant on Seah Street stands for a one-of-its-kind fusion, pairing carefully selected premium sakes with a tantalizing array of European dishes, all masterfully prepared by head chef Shahrom, who was awarded first prize in the coveted Tutto Italiano competition in 2007.

Featuring a spread for lunch and dinner that represent the essence of European cooking with an exclusive charcoal grilled Tapas menu; and like any good European restaurant, SELA has a wide range of wines to select from – all the better to go with the fine food.
