SEAR

Modern American steakhouse SEAR opens for lunch and dinner, with a fine collection of vintage wines & exclusive whiskeys. Committed to providing the ultimate steak, the team has imported two full-sized PIRA charcoal ovens from Europe to ensure top quality charcoal cooking for the menu. Our house special selection is distinguished by rich marbling and natural grill flavours.

All steaks are served with one complimentary sauce from a choice of nine. For those looking to indulge, the 21 Day dry aged bone in Australian Angus NY trip for two is a worthy centrepiece at the table.

Pie Face

Australia’s Pie Face has unveiled its very first foray into Asia with the opening of two new stores at 313@somerset and Bugis Village, Singapore.

Established in 2003, this Sydney-headquartered micro-bakery café is best known for baking all of its gourmet pies from scratch. The dough of the traditional French puff pastry takes three days to prepare. The kitchen team is required to fold the special blend of butter to create 48 layers. Imagine the dedication!

Chotto Matte

Chotto Matte was inspired by the founders’ quest to offer a whole new dining experience where traditional cooking methods of the East are infused with modern Western flavours. This unique blend creates a timeless culinary experience by combining delicately prepared Japanese inspired dishes with the very best of European influences. Pair your food with their extensive range of Japanese single malt whiskey, sake, wine or beer.
