For one month, Parkroyal on Pickering’s signature restaurant, Lime, will be offering all things lobster for their buffet

The Lime Lobsterfest will be back for dinner from May 27 to Jun 19 at Parkroyal on Pickering.
The sublime affair will feature a menu focused on the Maine Lobster, one of the most luxurious ingredients from the sea. Executive Chef Deepak has a lineup of creations influenced by Asian and Western flavours that highlight the sweet lobster flesh in the best possible way.
Lobsters loving
Enjoy luscious Maine lobster in a variety of styles.
Some of Chef Deepak’s lobster creations include the Maine Lobster Thermidor with persillade crust, a creamy mix of succulent lobster that you’ll have no problems polishing off.
There will also be Maine Lobster with Truffle Hollandaise, Poached Lobster with Marie Rose Sauce and my personal favourite, Lobster Mac and Cheese with Truffle Salsa.
For more familiar local flavours, you can look forward to having Singapore Laksa with Lobster, Singapore Chilli Lobster and Maine Lobster with everyone’s favourite Salted Egg Sauce.
In for a feast
The buffet will be held daily from May 27 to Jun 19 and is priced at $99 per adult with a complimentary glass of Limenade. To make full use of the buffet, stay from 6:30pm to 10:30pm and feast on other mouth-watering delights like international cheeses, sashimi and rotisserie chicken.
After Jun 19, the Lime Lobsterfest will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays until Dec 1.
