Slurp up noodles at the first ‘ppong’ speciality restaurant Nipong Naepong that spotlights the traditional Chinese-Korean cuisine jjamppong, or seafood noodles. Available in nine unique renditions, ppong features the restaurant’s own jjolmyeon, or wheat noodles, that are made tastier when luxuriated in an array of soups and sauces as seen from the spicy Cha Ppong ($15.80) and the milky Keu Ppong-Cream ($17.80) topped with tortilla shards and flying fish roe. Also on the modern Korean restaurant’s menu is a range of sweet and savoury pizzas such as Ni Pizza-Sweet Potatio ($16.80) served with a dollop of whipped cream.
