While the highlights at Min Jiang at One North include the Braised Beancurd with Hairy Crabmeat ($38.00), Steamed Hairy Crab with Ginger Rice Wine ($78.00) and more.
For those who love to savour these crabs in their natural sweetness, you can go for the Steamed Hairy Crab ($78.00 each), which comes served with a refreshing chilli sauce.
Diners who wish to truly indulge and make the most of the hairy crab season can also go for the various set menus (starting at $133.00 per person, minimum 2 pax) at both Min Jiang and Min Jiang at One North.
