While a love potion is really not necessary on Valentine’s Day, Porta still offers a Prosecco-laced version as part of its Valentine’s Day Cupid Menu & Love Potion ($68 per pax). The six-course includes yummy starters of oysters, caviar and Hokkaido scallops and a choice of hearty main of barramundi or angus rib eye that is to be enjoyed doused in red wine sauce. The meal ends with a delightfully sweet dessert of strawberry & creams.
