From 9 to 14 February, head up sky-high to 1-Altitude for its Valentine’s Day menu (from $400 per couple), featuring some of the world’s most luxe ingredients such as lobster, foie gras and veal loin. You’ll also be treated to a hibiscus soup, served with rose nitrogen meringue,
strawberry Orelys, and rosemary honey to end the romantic meal. The special menu culminates on 14 February with its Sky-High Valentine’s Day Dinner (S$688 per couple), where lovers can toss its “Lucky in Love” Yu Sheng and be entertained with a table-side Dessert Art experience.
