With Singapore Botanic Gardens’ lush greenery already setting the tone for a night of romance, Halia further fuels the flames of desire with its indulgent 11-course Couple Sharing menu ($270 per couple) on Valentine’s Day. Culinary highlights of the menu comprise seafood treasures such as fresh oysters and bluefin tuna tartare, plus meaty delights of slow-cooked wagyu striploin. Desserts to sweeten the deal are a lime sorbet with textures of raspberry and an assortment of the restaurant’s signature macarons. The dinner comes with Herbarium mocktail, a stalk of rose and photobooth picture memento.
