Love is in the air at Zafferano on the evenings of 13 and 14 February as a decadent Say ‘Ti Amo’ five- and six-course dinner menu (from $248 per pax) is set to make you fall back in love with your beau. As you busk in the glow of the setting sun, you’ll get to savour an alluring array of Adria ‘stracciatella’ cheese, Hokkaido sea urchin and sous-vide New Zealand lamb rack and a rather interesting jasmine-infused sautéed spinach, laced with chocolate sauce. Dinner then ends on a sweet note with a delish Valrhona white chocolate and raspberry mousse ‘Bronte’ paired with pistachio sponge and strawberry coulis.
