The annual Thai food festival returns with the focus on Thai home recipes

The fact that Thai cuisine abounds in Singapore has rendered a trip to the Land of Smiles for authentic Thai food rather unnecessary. This point is proven now more so with the return of the annual Thai food festival Chang Sensory Trails, held from 31 August to 1 September, 4pm to 10pm, at The Lawn at Marina Bay.

Launched by Thai beer brand Chang, the third installment of the gastronomic extravaganza revolves around Thai home cooking, where 24 signature dishes from eight local Thai restaurants are placed in the spotlights. These delights are inspired from home recipes their Thai chefs grew up with.

Participating outlets of the Chang Sensory Trails include Aroy Dee, Baan Ying, Bangkok Jam, Gin Khao, Little Elephant, Long Chim, Tamarind Hill and Un-Yang-Kor-Dai.
