The lunar new year festivities may have come to a close, but there’s no reason not to prolong the celebratory mood with some delectable and easy chicken recipes.

Start the year of the rooster on a bright note by tuning into “Ayam Amazing”, which premieres on 16 Feb, 9pm on Asian Food Channel.

Viewers can feast their eyes on the best chicken dishes from all over Asia, featuring cooking methods that span from grilling to frying.

Comfort food is at the heart of this series and AFC hosts will be recreating their signature recipes.

Sherson Lian will be sharing his version of Debel Chicken Curry (Portuguese-inspired curry chicken).

Food Hero 2016 winner, Anton Amoncio, will whip up a family favourite – Chicken Tinola (chicken soup) while Nik Michael Imran will charm viewers with an authentic Inche Kabin Wings (Nyonya fried chicken) recipe.

Sherson Lian will be sharing delicious blends of old and new with his version of Debel Chicken Curry (Portuguese-inspired curry chicken); and Tobie Puttock will add a unique twist to Ayam Bumbu Gurih (grilled chicken marinated with lemongrass).

For those already salivating, don’t miss out on later episodes, which will feature dishes such as Chicken Char Siew, Ayam Taliwan, Korean Paper Wrapped Chicken, Bakso Ayam, Rendang Chicken, Salt Baked Chicken and more.
