BreadTalk welcomes a new collaboration with Taiwanese Chef Johnny Chen Yung-Hsin, also champion of the 2015 Mondial du Pain.
The premium ‘Flavours of Jubilation’ bread range will feature three of his award-winning creations and two locally flavoured ones.
Our top pick is the Ah Lemak?!, a fun take on the nasi lemak dish. Made with natural yeast dough, it packs a punch with peanuts, ikan bilis, fragrant sambal and cheese. Sedap!
To find out more about the inspiration behind the creations, we had a little chat with Chef Johnny, BreadTalk Chef Consultant.
