Because Singaporeans love food as much as life itself, it comes as no surprise that our calendar of culinary events continues to dazzle year after year.
One marquee event is the World Gourmet Summit (WGS), now in its 21st year running.
From 20 Mar to 16 Apr, die-hard foodies and gourmands can expect to discover exquisite cuisine from a new generation of chefs representing at least 16 countries.
As Asia’s premier food and wine festival, WGS will feature gourmet affairs, masterclasses, events and exclusive WGS menus at award-winning and much-loved dining establishments in Singapore.
Here are five events to bookmark:
3. 4 Hands Epicurean Delights
On 30 Mar, gather around for an exquisite 4 Hands Epicurean Delights dinner at award-winning restaurant Tippling Club.
These four hands belong to Mitch Lienhard, global winner of San Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 from San Francisco, USA, and Ryan Clift, who is recognised as one of the world’s greatest chefs today.
The two will be collaborating to create a special, one night only menu.
