Savour familiar Asian flavours with homegrown produce

Open Farm Community is the perfect escapade from city life — and we mean that in the best way possible.

Tucked away on Dempsey Hill, the urban amalgamation of restaurant, outdoor farm and boutique cafe has garnered quite a name for itself thanks to its unusual concept.

The lush greenery creates an idyllic setting where diners can get up close with the origins of their food, allowing them to glimpse into a world of farm-fresh dining.

In fact, fresh ingredients used in OFC's dishes are up to 90 per cent sourced from farms in and around Singapore, including their very own agricultural landscape.

Their refreshed menu speaks for itself, with punchy flavours and impeccable freshness.

Here are our top five picks:

3. OFC Fish Burger, $30

The unlikely star of our meal is the OFC Fish Burger, possibly one of the best fish burgers I’ve had.

Toasted squid ink buns hug a red grouper patty that’s both fleshy and meaty beneath its crispy skin.

Layered within are ribbons of pickle cucumber and chunky tartar sauce, which contribute to a wonderful tangy flavour.
