4. Pulled Pork Lohei ($38.80), The Carvery At Park Hotel Alexandra

Since the Carvery is slowly earning a repute of offering delicious meats, the restaurant fittingly does away with fish to feature what it’s known for with the Pulled Pork Lohei. With premium pulled pork as the star, the meaty yu sheng comprises other unpredictable ingredients such as granny smith apple strips, pickled ginger, orange pearls and caramelised walnuts. For a Mexican twist, tortilla crumbs are used instead of the traditional pok chui crackers. Available for dine-in and takeaway, the yu sheng can feed up to six diners.
