What’s a bouquet when you can give her the whole garden? Pollen, located within the Flower Dome at the iconic Gardens by the Bay, will be offering a six-course dinner menu ($158) from 11 to 14 Feb. The highlight of the menu is a dish created by Executive Chef Steve Allen as an ode to his wife — the Sauteed Scallop, Joselito, Butternut Squash, based on their travels in Barcelona. How sweet!
