Settle in for a lazy, luxurious breakfast with Dad: Alley on 25’s extensive breakfast buffet allows you to select one item from an à la carte breakfast menu, such as Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Burger, Smoked Salmon Bagel, Breakfast Quesadilla and Grilled Pastrami and Cheese sandwich; before heading over to the main buffet spread! This includes a Continental station that comes with a variety of breads from Tiong Bahru bakery, gluten-free cereals, waffles, cold cuts and a choice selection of superfoods at the salad bar. In addition, a hot Western station includes a live egg counter that uses only cage-free chicken eggs from The Freedom Range Co. If you’re hankering after a booze, you can choose to top up S$35 for free-flow wines, draught beer and mojitos, or opt for the premium free-flow beverage package at S$40, which comes with all that and additional prosecco and spritz as well.
