Firebake gives you a taste of heritage festive food that hails all the way from Europe. Created by Chef Konstantino Blokbergen, you can either dine-in or take away the culinary spoils of the slow-cooked Festive Chicken ($50), Greek Cookies Melomakarona ($10 for six) which is Chef’s mother’s own recipe, and a classic Germanic dessert: The Christmas Kugelhopf ($25) which is made of sourdough, speckled with rum-soaked raisin and dipped in clarified butter and orange blossom syrup. Served with crème fraiche and fermented strawberries, the confection is described to be pure buttery goodness.
