While turkey is nice, Bayswater Kitchen keeps seafood lovers happy by offering festive dishes that showcase the ocean’s bounty. Available only on Christmas Eve, diners can look forward to the restaurant’s Festive Seafood Platter ($30 per person, minimum two pax) that boasts copious amounts of salmon gravlax, prawn cocktail, oysters, cod cakes and whipped cod roe. But if you party has several carnivorous eaters, order the Whole Roast Chicken ($30 per person, minimum two pax) served with veggies and bacon, before rouding off with the indulgent Christmas Pudding Tart ($16) served with a dollop of brandy ice cream.
