Happening from 8 to 17 September, a flurry of tantalising activities await at the French 1919 Waterboat House restaurant in lieu of the F1 festivities. Until 15 September, the establishment invites you to sample a special five-course chef’s dinner (from $95 per pax) that draws strengths from French influences. Each dish will be paired with five different types of wines that have been hand-selected to elevate the dining experience. Following the curated dinner course are The Rooftop’s exclusive VIP race buffets (from $280 per pax) that will take place on 16 and 17 September. The extravagant spreads will feature the likes of salmon rosetta with crème fraiche, seabass gratin and espresso tiramisu, with the second night upping the ante with more delectable treats as you witness the final night-race of the Grand Pix!
