Eat and buy all things Thai before the old railway closes down

In December, the iconic Tanjong Pagar Railway will be closing for nine years and undergoing a massive rehaul, where most of its tracks will be removed.
If you’re getting teary-eyed and want to bid farewell to this historic landmark, here’s one way you can do so. On 12 Sep, local flea market company FleaWhere is organising a Fantastic Thai Market right smack in the middle of the station.
The market will feature live bands, more than 100 food and merchandise stalls, a food truck set up by Kerbside Gourmet and a gathering of retro Kombi vans by KombiRocks.
If you’re interested in hawking your own Thai goods, the call for vendors is still open.
