Catch your favourite K-pop stars ‘live’ in Sentosa

Holotive Global launches Southeast Asia’s first-ever dedicated holographic theatre in Sentosa

Southeast Asia’s first dedicated K-pop holographic theatre, K-live Sentosa, was launched in Singapore yesterday at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) Waterfront.

Visitors to Sentosa can now catch exciting holographic performances of their favourite K-pop bands like 2 pm, Wonder Girls and GOT7. The performances change every six months so watch out for when your favourite band takes the stage!

Is this real life?

Flying - Modern Korean Dance

Flying, a Korean Modern Dance performance.

First introduced in Seoul, South Korea, K-live has attracted over 200,000 visitors from around the world since it launched in 2014.

The captivating experience of a high definition virtual concert makes K-live an entertaining digital attraction for visitors. We were so amazed by the details the holograms captured, including every strand of hair on the performers head.

The small theatre is also freestanding, giving visitors a more lifelike concert experience. Dance to the music as bubbles and fake snow liven up your K-live Sentosa experience.

GOT7 in the flesh

GOT7 Press Conference Official Photo

The boys from GOT7 were present for a Q&A session with the media and a fan meeting with 70 lucky GOT7 fans.

During the press interview with GOT7, they revealed that they worked very hard on set to bring you this holographic experience, with filming taking up to six hours just for one song. The stunts included in their performance were particularly hard to shoot because the green screen setup did not provide any safety mats for their acrobatic dance moves.

When asked what the biggest challenge they faced was, Junior answered that it was difficult imaging that they were putting up a live concert when they were in fact just putting on a show for the cameras.

This being their third visit to Singapore, GOT7 also promised that they would come back for a live performance very soon.

Catch the action

K-live Sentosa offers two types of shows for visitors:
