Located at the ground level of Suntec City level 4, this new dining concept offers an earnest selection of Asian dishes, coupled with a unique selection of cocktails.
Revel in the sights and sounds of a typical Asian street market, coupled with a live charcoal grill station where whole fish and meat skewers sizzle away; or watch your favourite cocktails concocted right before your eyes at the open bar.
Relax at the breezy outdoor seats over a pint, or gather with a couple of friends and loved ones to enjoy your meal in the indoor dining hall.
The menu at Fat Chap is distinctively Asian and will definitely evoke some nostalgia. Expect full-bodied flavours and nothing less! Be spoilt for choice at their selection of bar snacks like Crispy Pig’s Ear and Asian Buffalo Drumlets.
One must-try dish is Fat Chap’s signature Oxtail Soup, which will definitely hit the spot if you’re looking for something hearty. If you’re feeling for
something more indulgent and that is great for sharing, go for the charcoal-grilled Balinese Pork Ribs, Ocean Beef Ribeye or Grilled Whole Fish.
Lunch is served Mondays through Fridays with quick service and hearty offerings kept in mind to refuel diners throughout the workweek. With one-bowl dishes like “Indomie” Goreng and 16 Grains Japanese Rice Bowl topped with pickles and onsen egg, you’ll enjoy a fuss-free mid-day break that is both filling and affordable.
Fat Chap also offers an eclectic selection of signature cocktails from the refreshing 1855 Fusion of whisky, mint and lime, to one named after the restaurant itself, Fat Chap. For something a little quirkier, try the Papa Doble or Asianic Gin.
With so many choices to choose from, even the pickiest of eaters will have something to satisfy their palates at Fat Chap. The dining outlet is set to open on Monday, 22 October 2018.
