2. Krispy Kreme Chilli Doughnut Series ($2.95 each)
To pay tribute to Singaporeans’ undying love for chilli, Krispy Kreme decided to add this very spicy ingredient to a limited edition line of doughnuts as part of the National Day festivities. Available for the month of August, the new doughnut offerings are in flavours of Caramel Chili and White Chocolate Chili. From the looks of the doughnuts, the spicy part seems to be the chilli flakes that adorn the pastries’ glaze.
