One Love Asia Festival Returns To Singapore With A-mei And Angela Zhang

Singapore will once again be at the heart of the Asian music scene as the celebrated One Love Asia Festival (OLAF) returns for its highly anticipated fourth edition on September 13 and 14, 2025.

Hosted at the iconic Bayfront Event Space, this electrifying two-day affair is set to draw an estimated 24,000 attendees. The line-up reads like a who’s who of Mandopop royalty.

This year, fans can look forward to headline performances from superstar vocalists A-mei (张惠妹) and Angela Zhang, alongside an array of celebrated artists.

Day 1 of the festival opens on a high with A-mei (张惠妹), Yoga Lin (林宥嘉), Kelly Yu (于文文), Firdhaus (菲道尔), Steelo.Z (赵泳鑫) and Saya Chang (张惠春). At the same time, Day 2 sustains the excitement, bringing Angela Zhang (张韶涵), 5566, Hu Yanbin (胡彦斌), MC Cheung Tinfu (张天赋), Lexie Liu (刘柏辛), and Young (曹杨) to the stage. Tin Box Group’s very own Simply Live band, featuring young Singapore artiste Jordin Tan, opens the show.

A standout of the festival’s evolution is its growing commitment to diversity and innovation, both musically and culturally. Building on its runaway successes in cities like Chengdu, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur, OLAF continues to break barriers. This year, it integrates the world of contemporary visual arts for a more multi-dimensional festival experience. Chinese artist Huang Yulong, renowned for his striking UPWARD series, will present his evocative works alongside the musical mainstage, inviting festival-goers to experience Mandopop through sight and sound.

In a further nod to talent diversity, Golden Melody Award laureates Kasiwa (Best Indigenous Language Singer, 2023) and Chih Siou (Best New Vocal Award, 2019) will be making their Singapore debuts, signalling the festival’s commitment to championing emerging and established voices.

OLAF is more than just a music event; it embodies a spirit of connectivity and social responsibility rooted in IMC Group Asia’s ‘One Love’ initiative, launched 16 years ago. Beyond the performances, the festival underscores a sustained mission to give back to the community, supporting charitable causes such as children’s health and accessibility for the hearing-impaired.

For festival-goers, doors open each day from 3PM, with Tin Box Group’s Simply Live featuring young local talent Jordin Tan opening Day 2. Whether you are a die-hard Mandopop devotee or a newcomer looking to explore its infectious energy, OLAF 2025 promises a sophisticated fusion of music, art, and heartfelt community spirit along the Marina Bay skyline—a true landmark event for Singapore and Mandopop across Asia.
