Tiong Bahru Bakery is now offering its Afternoon Three Sum ($25), where you can indulge in an array of sweet and savoury morsels in Cantonese-style steamer baskets. Presented in three tiers, the adorable Afternoon Three Sum methodically begins with the bakery’s savoury signatures on the top tier, before moving down to the second that holds French pastries and finally ending with Singaporean desserts, such as pandan tartlette and coconut cheesecake, on the bottom tier.
