15. Check out contemporary Italian art
Touted as the first major Italian contemporary art exhibition in Singapore, CHALLENGING BEAUTY – Insights into Italian Contemporary Art will run from now to 19 August 2018 at The Parkview Museum, and will reflect on the fascinating, complex, and eclectic Italian artistic practices from the 1960s until today.
Four generations of artists spanning the artistic movements of Arte Povera, Transavantgarde, New Roman School will be presented, as well as artistic positions of younger generations, which emerged during the 1990s and 2000s.
